Well as I mentioned B4 to ya I'm lost with this sulphate thing.
I figure as my body LOVES all glutathione foods I need NAC (haven't got as yet but can get some from a compounding pharmacist). I'm a great believer that if your body letting you know what it needs to an extent...except say with sugar(or choc)..but even with sugar its telling you you are low on glucose(usually as your body has overreacted and pumped out too much insulin). Or I guess it could be telling ya your carb/protein ratio is too low as your body needs carbs to help with thyroid hormones and too high protein can probably alter genes etc in cells too (post transcriptional alterations I think)..
I guess this could happen for all foods..body overreacting, or desensitising receptors etc, but I don't think so in general :)
Anyway, I gues I'm just saying if your body says it wants it..its probably for a reason. Why can't I write consisely, sigh.Back to sulphonating etc. lost with all the terms.
I know the Epsom salt baths relax me..Lar says that's probably the magnesium..but magnesium citrate doesn't have that much of an effect taken internally..I guess I could try a tiny bit of Epsom salts in water.
Jlx or anyone..how much did you take?I understand this does not give you sulphur like say TMG.?
Now how does TMG give you sulfur? ..the methyl bit I presume. So how is the methyl? and sulfur linked?
Would l-methioine be any good..

All I've done different is mainly the Coenzyme B's I mentioned I recently started in a previous thread..
also about the same time soy lecithin,,for choline?? Is that what lecithin does?
and also a couple of weeks ago I added linseed meal (flaxseed meal)?
and that's the only changes..
maybe it was needing the coenzyme B2? I can't quite follow that. I know these coenzymated B's make my urine a little yellow but not nearly so yellow as a normal multiB..so maybe I'm actually using the B2 now??
If that's the case, what is it I lack if I need the coenzyme form?well I just hope whatever keeps working!

Ray you said you like NAG but not the glucosamine straight. Was that the glucosamine chloride? or glucosamine sulphate? or l-glucosamine?
I bought some MSM Joint Formula today ..but won't take until I see if impreovement is more than one day wonder

Oh and also maybe magnesium citrate, zinc citrate as I've run out of my supplies I bought in the UK(:.
Jlx..on magnesium..what IS your favourite brand . I guess it's magnesium taurate? Can you post me a link to your favourite ones? I'm sensitive to lots of fillers so I need to read fie print or email etc for ingredient details, sigh...or buy straight powders or caps from good suppliers like Thorne research etc.

They are mainly stuff I have never heard of as they are not available over here I guess. Over here its just straight vits, minerals or aminos (some real strange mixes usually) ....no coenzymated forms n-actyl forms etc...no taurates, not many citrates either etc :) Getting lots of ideas. I'll have to reread some of your posts ..I've a poor memory.Thanks for any help with this ..like to discuss what supps with sulphur giving properties anyone has really liked! I know TMG for Lar and Ray..
