I haven't tried Sam-e yet, but I was really looking forward to trying DMAE. It is supposed to be very good for depression related apathy and lack of motivation; ADD; ADHD; concentration; memory; learning capacity (the list goes on and on). I have read accounts of other peoples' experiences with it on Pyschobabble, and many were positive. One person named Loops had been using it for three months, and reported positive results even after that length of time. I hope I can get some. The other supplement I want to try is NADH Enada. I have ordered some, and, thankfully, Health Canada has not stopped that shipment at the border.
