You can get it as oil, not in capsules. You'll find the oil has a much higher concentration of EPA and DHA. You'll notice effects with less, and you'll probably save a fair amount of money in the long run. I found this was the only way to go when I was trying omega 3 since I was aiming for about 3 grams EPA per day. I still take them actually as adjunts at a lower dose. I never gave the high dose a try for long enough. Anyway, the brand of fish oil I use, Omega Gold, has a concentration of 900mg EPA, and 600mg DHA, per tablespoon.
The only downside is the taste, which really isn't so bad.
