Divalproex and Omega 3 mix well

I have found that lithium and Fish oil don't mix too well. If I take them too close together I feel really agiated and angry.

But, I did notice that divalproex and omega 3 mix *really well* together. They almost work syngeristically. Calmer, sleep better, and better concentration.

Just for anyone who is looking for alternatives as adjunctives.
