What about Galantamine (Reminyl)? - opinions plse

OK last one, I promise (for now) !
This supplement is used as an anti-alzheimers/memory, concentration enhancer. Apparently it stimulates nicotine receptors and improves acetylcholine levels.
It's pretty expensive, however. Anyone know anything about it? (apart from what manufacturers & retailers tell!).
