I didn't find phenylalanine as useful as the tyrosine for anxiety but it is excellent for pain. After stronger or longer training efforts my legs sometimes ache at night. The P works very well for this.

I'm sold on the taurine!

I tried 75mg of B3 today. I don't feel nervousness but then again I'm at home today. My anxiety stems from encountering humans from the outside world.
