Hey guys :)
I've been taking magnesium supplements for some time with great and not so great results. I noticed how many different forms it comes in and tried several different ones. Looking back on it, Magnesium Glycinate seemed to do the most for my anxiety. Other times my anxiety went back up, like when I was taking Cal/Mag combos. Does anyone know which form of Magnesium is supposed to be the best for anxiety? I think I'll start back on the Glycinate again for now... Thanks all :)
