I think I'll try the tyrosine with a little cup of tea in the morning and see if I can find that "feel good" feeling I used to get from stimulants.I've used that combo for over 18 months on and off..500mg tyrosine powder (or capsule) on waking on an empty stomach and caffeine in 3 cups of tea at least. Yes, it works as you found :-)
Good amount for smaller build female anyway.
Sometimes I also need P5P b6 50mg as well.2 grams of tyrosine seems to have mood altering (over pleasant) effects with me. Fine if you don't want to try and concentrate or do anything I guess. Tried it once in afternoon:-)
Then again I'm on thyroid meds, so maybe its all shunted down another pathway ..maybe dopamine.
