So I am looking for options that will give me symptom relief without all the side effects and allow me to reduce or eliminate some of these meds. BTW, I was also taking Cymbalta but didn't notice much effect and I did not want to be on so many meds.

The Tranxene and Zyprexa reduce anxiety and physical symptoms, and minimze panic symptoms, while the Gabitril reduces anticipatory and psychological anxiety. I was on Effexor XR then Cymbalta. I stopped them because the problems with a loss of emotioanl reactions, low sex drive, etc. seemed to occur after being on these meds for a while. I just stopped Cymbalta this week so it is too soon to tell how it feels to be without it. Part of the problem is that being on so many meds makes it diffucult to know how much each one is helping or causing problems. I am currently reducing Gabitril to see if it is causing problems. That is why I am curious about Picamilon. I am hoping it will allow me to reduce all meds and get the benefits with a minimum of side effects. Have you taken Picamilon?
>Picamilon is not a long-term soltuion. It tends to work for a while and then poop out. They say to take it for one month, then off for a month, and then back on for a month. Have you heard of Phenibut? I think that has the same poop-out issue though. I was wondering if it might work to take them on alternate months.
