DO NOT DO THIS; YOU MAY END UP UNCOMFORTABLY OVERSTIMULATED. Picamilon has cumulative effects. I'd give it at least 1 week, or preferably up to one month, at 50mg 3x/day to see if it works for you.
More will not make it more calming; above 50mg it gets stimulating.
