I bought the "Insight" CD set off the mercola.com site and tried it several times. I don't know if I was imaginging this because I am hypersensitive and quite anxious, but everytime I listened to the CD with the binaural beats, I became very, very anxious. My anxiety level would just gradually increase while I had the headphones on and the CD playing. There is an interesting thread on here from a couple of years ago about binaural beats if you do a search. It lists some websites where you can download different binaural beat sets. Also links to that the incident in Japan a couple of years ago where binarual beat type visual thing on Pokeman cartoon sent dozens of people to the hospital with seizures. Kind of scare.
Good luck,
Chris> Has anyone ever tried using binaural beats to treat their symptoms? Over time I think/hope(cause it'd be cool if it does) it *might* have a long term impact on brain activity... maybe? Would it?
