I had problems with Perika right away. I felt really sick (nauseous, pressure in my head, very tired). It was so bad that I couldn't function at all. I had to stay in bed and that was with only 1 (300 mg.) capsule of Perika. I took it for a couple more days but it never got any better. I felt 100% better once I stopped it. I didn't notice any side effects at all from 1 (300 mg.) capsule of the Jarrow brand though.
