You babblemailed me about this? I don't remember. Sorry, if I forgot about it.

Wild yam contains steroid precursors.

Beta sitosterol is a very common plant steroid. It's in many different herbs.

The amino acids might help boost libido a bit, or be stimulating.

Here's a doctor's review of Ambrotose (which is nothing more than larch gum (from Larix decidua). The dose here is trivial, even if the stuff is useful.

Basicly, the stuff is unlikely to hurt, and might help with "female problems".
