yeah, i just finished up taking an herbal tincture that had sjw in it and for the last two weeks have been taking 480mg lithium orotate along with it. can't say i noticed diddly squat in that time..admittedly not a great trial. my usual attitude, when in doubt, is 'f!ck it, i'll try it'.
