Indeed, a very good link. I think, an others may also correct me, that the "stimulators" of the immune system are overactive, but the immune system itself is depressed. An important nuance.

Yes i admit, i have begun SJW last week in addition of my medication. I feel more healthy and less apathic. The changement is subtle but real and constant. I just hope this is not a placebo effect :-/
