Flavanoids?

I read somewhere that sufficient quantities of any flavanoid will inhibit any enzyme. Perhaps it is one of the flavanoids I am taking. Some of these are
nobiletin
tangeretin
flavanoids from Ginkgo, Baical Scullcap and other chinese medical herbs.
The first two are in a preparation for arthritis. The last two in herbal preparations for the treatment of allergies. And the Ginkgo.
