Calea Zacatechichi

Posted by verne on August 25, 2005, at 22:25:51

Has anyone tried this "dream" herb? I'm putting together an order of herbs and flowers that I haven't tried in a long time, if at all.

Also on the list are: Sugandi, Passion Flower, and Wild Lettuce. I'm hoping the combination will make a good tea.

I can't find out much about Calea Zacatechichi or Sugandi. I know that passion flower is a surefire sedative but not sure about wild lettuce. I think I tried it years ago with unremarkable results.

Meanwhile I started cymbalta again and I'm always amazed how great it is for the first couple days.

By accident I took my last dose (20mgs) with an herbal combination called Zyflamend by New Chapter and I'm flying (almost euphoric). Reminds me of clean acid, stimulating but not agitating. And a previously upset stomach is back to normal.

Most of the herbs in this formula are stimulating like ginger, tumeric, fo-ti, rosemary etc... - suggested use is for inflammatory conditions like joint pain but it works on my mood and stomach.
