I think it might be better to buy st johns wort and 5htp individually, so you can tailor the doses of each. Amoryn is both combined and doesn't give you the option to adjust the individual doses of each component.

My experience with sjw was sweet and sour. It worked pretty fast, worked wonderfully, pooped out, and then turned into a worse depression than I started with. When I weened off of it, I discovered by horror that I had panic attacks and anxiety which I had never in my life had before sjw. Part of sjw's mechanism is gaba-reuptake, similar to benzodiazepines. Here I am months later still slowly tapering off just exactly as you would if you were trying to get unaddicted from a benzo.

Sjw. Great stuff, and terrifying stuff, all in one.
