I think I liked it as it felt like it lowered this oxidation stuff..
it might help by mopping up iron? Th LEF one is without iron?(from memory), some lactoferrin are with iron I think.

I'm trying to learn about this oxidation stuff at uni...LOL,

anyway it made me feel good too I think. I've never had gut problems...except on SSRI"s or taking tryptophan. I guess my serotonin receptors in gut linings must be sensitive. But lactoferrin had no effect on my gut that I noticed...at least no detrimental effect.
It may have been the lacto part?. I've tried some whey and it doesn't have any effect, positive or negative, but I've only tried about 500g or so.

The tryptophan seemed to really help too..but I only need about 200mg at night and another 50mg before lunch or so. It seems to be pretty strong in effect for me, gut reactions, night sweats(reacts with oestrogens I think), seems to help with fatigue and depression and temperature up too? not sure though.
Just saying maybe that is why I like the lactoferrin too.. but could have just ben the reduction in oxidation stuff too.
