I've concluded that fish oil is hardly doing anything for my ADHD...probably an improvement of 1 on a 10 point scale. Perhaps a 2+ in mood improvement.I've worked my way up to 3.2 grams total omega 3 (1.6 grams EPA) per day over a year.
At first I thought it was working real well, but not really anymore. As far as alternative treatments go I think magnesium is better...perhaps 2+ improvement.
I'm going to continue the fish oil primarily for its cardiovascular benefits.
Would anyone else care to share experiences w/ fish oil? Peace.
