Id google l-tryptophan,the entire story is rather detailed,i never bothered to read it all as it dident sound right to me,i mean how many taineted batches of aspirin have been recalled,but a legal natural nutrient sucha as a amino acid was actualy banned,eh gotta say it sounds rather odd.

USP grade means its suitable for human sonsumption,in lamons terms its a high standered a over the counter of legal product meets,its probuably the equalvalent of pharmcutical grade,but more technical here.......

that should answer ur questions.....

as far as using it in combo with a ssri or any drug,yess there is the risk of serotion syndrome,however it needs to be done with caution and care.


You would normaly use a very low dose of the drug with the amino.......


The amino is very important for re stocking ur brain with natural serotion.


Anytime u use amino acids period u need to use caution,they are natural yess but doesent mean stocking piling ur brain with them is natural,and i recomend anyone using natural amino acid thrapy become familiar with them first,normaly when aminos are used they are cycled with OFF periods to let the brain re adjust and not further imbalances.


I know a common amino acid combo used in muscle growth and fat loss are


L Argine
L orthnine
L carthinine


now the spellings here are off,im too tired to correct them,but the first too increase GH at night,the last is responable for fat loss,and this combo is usualy used at night,however again any amino acid use should be cycled,id google the aminos and learn more about them,i have quite a few books on amino acids i became most intersted in them for working out .
