I actually have some Dr Jeffrey Thompson CDs (isn't ebay wonderful? heh) he has researched and uses brainwave entrainment.
Neuro Programmer is good I like it. Try a demo and see what you think. Version 2 is more complex than the older version I have, however the version I have is quite comprehensive. You can use it for a variety of things, like anxiety, insomnia, relaxation, improving cognition and memory. Recording your own suggestions.
If you want to experiment for free then use bwgen it's much the same thing just less polished, and there's plenty of free user created resources for it.
