Actually, i didnt say anything negative about it--im just curious to see what the fish oil has been doing for me. I know that fatty acids dont just flush out of your system. But I thought that raised levels due to supplementation might take longer to lower in the, say, spinal fluids than in other parts of the body. Meaning, that they could have effects on the nervous system perhaps months after supplementation is discontinued.
Also, Ive read that fatty acids can change the brain structure (permanently?). Do you know exactly how?
