I've had the same reaction. Increase in anxiety, possible hypoglycemia... very uncomfortable. My understanding is that it may be causing a slight hyperthyroid reaction if anything although I may be wrong. I already have a very fast metabolism so it is plausible.

So no you're not crazy for thinking selenium is causing this. :)
