SJW can improve sex or hurt sex or have no effect, depending on the person. It varies a lot. Some people get a bit drowsy, but other people get kind of wired while others feel nothing. Again, it varies. For me it was on the stimulating side, especially early on. The usual dosage is 3 X 300mg per day. I've tried many brands and found Kira to be the best.
