There are several ways to improve your fatigue
1. Eat fatty fish every day. This diet will provide you with at least 20 gram of fish oil each day.

2. Avoid to many carbs and make sure you are not overweight. Best way is to skip sugar, grains and sweet fruits. To much carbs will result in insulin resistance. Compensate less carbs with more proteins.

3. Get sunlight every day. A daily walk outside will lower melatonin levels during the day and improve circidian rythm.
4. When you start to feel stronger; exercise 2-3 times every week.

The most important thing to get back on track is to eat fatty fish (salmon, mackerel and herring)
