I am currently taking Omega 3 (1000 mg.)
So are you doing okay off of the Celexa? I don't want to have to be on another AD, I want to be able to go the natural route....
I am trying something now with the St. John's and other things I take.
I just started it yesterday...it's called Mood Stabilizer...by Nature's Sunshine. The lady at the health food store says it is the only thing she's taken that has made her feel normal. If you get a chance, google it and tell me what you think.
