Bluberry, you are confused because my English is a lot incorrect and i am unfamiliar to it.
I would like to say that i was on amisulpride for a lot of years discontinuosly. It worked well for 2-3 day and than i should stop (1-2 weeks) and re-start to have the same effects. In fact a continuos assumption over the 3rd day gave me somnolence and dizzyness.
It is a very annoying schedule, but it is the only one that have ever worked for me.
In fact, I was on almost every AD in commerce here in Europe (ssri, tca, maoi, snri,.....) with a worsening of my situation every time.
So...amisulpride is currently my only possible choice. I was on every dosage from 12.5 mg to 200, but i didn't notioce great difference in the middle range. Only over 100 mg i got EPS (tremors, muscolar rigidity,...).
So apologize, I hope my English was better understandable, this time.
