Phosphatidylserine success

Posted by psychobot5000 on March 21, 2007, at 13:27:05

I thought I'd post, to let anyone curious know that over the last week, I've found phosphatidylserine a useful adjunct for depression.

I believe it reduces anxiety, and increases my ability to experience pleasure slightly. To me, this is a very significant success, and I'd recommend others try it for depression or anxiety disorders. Perhaps not coincidentally, I also take Tianeptine regularly, which is another drug that affects cortisol systems.

The phosphatidylserine also seems to affect my sleep--it's easier to get to sleep, but I believe it may be less restful. Still working that out, but perhaps the problem (if indeed it is one) may go away.
