The duo stopped producing results so I went through my journal to see what else might have contributed. Turns out I've been taking B12 and an Aspirin each night. Those are a piece of this puzzle. I tried all 4 (along with the .25 of Klonopin) last night and again slept good, deeply, with dreams.
So It's 500 mg Lysine, 750 L-Glutamine, MethylCobalamin - 1 mg, and a 325 (about) grain Aspirin.
I've had chronic fatigue (with psychological) symptoms for over 3 years. So maybe if it helps me it might help you with similar symptoms and sleep issues.
I'm experimenting with P5P and Taurine as they are both supposed to help turn Glutamate into GABA. Updates on the future.
