Hey,
Have been reading about magneseum and calcium. I had never heard of this before. Someone also told me that magnesium will give you a lot of energy. Is that true?
How much of these does one need to take for chronic anxiety (OCD)? Like I said I have got to have something before I quit functioning. This OCD is almost overpowering my life. How long does it take to notice a difference? Also with the oral magnesium, does one need to continue the salt baths?
Have you heard of Inositol. Ran across this when I was reading about the other.
