Until can get into appt w/ endo (earliest January) trying a supplement called Thyroid Energy by NOW. Has L-Tyrosine, kelp, irish moss, guggul(?), ashwagandha, trace minerals, b vites 6&12, folate, iodine, zinc, SELENIUM 50mcg, and copper.

Haven't noticed anything really, but have only taken maybe 4days now.
