Are you hitting up glutamate transmission at all?

Magnesium, low-dose lithium. Perhaps even a therapeutic dose of an anticonvulsant.

So niacinamide is inducing apathy, hypersomnia, etc. Not surprising at all, because it works like a benzodiazepine. I'm sure tolerance and withdrawal can occur as well. I don't understand why people think they will be different on this area of niacinamide's action. It's great you're getting use out of it -- this is just something you should know.
