Sounds like 100% pure, unadulterated, reptile-lubricant.
Note the paragraph that goes on at great length about the wonders of 2-aminoethanesulfonic acid [2ASA], which is simply Taurine.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taurine
They even go so far as to substitute the word "[2ASA]" for "Taurine" when quoting research studies, which is ethically questionable.
Taurine is dirt cheap, BN sells it for $20 a kilo. It does nothing but give me terrible, who turned up the gravity?, lethargy the following day. But some people swear by it, so YMMV.
The other ingredients look like fancy names for common stuff:
2-AminoAcetic Acid - Glycine
4-Amino-3-Phenyl-Butyrate - PhenibutI don't know what miracles Glycine is purported to do, but phenibut is a GABAergic drug that's sold as a "supplement" that's related to baclofen. In small doses, it will relax you, in larger doses it will give you a buzz. The problem is, it builds a tolerance rapidly (in only a few uses), and some people have dependency issues with it.
I don't understand how this all relates to chocolate, other than U4EA and chocolate both "affect brain neurotransmitters".
There's a product called "chocamine" which is much closer to a chocacuetical, although I haven't tried it:
