I tried it, but all I recall is it builds up after a while. iN biochem we leaarnt ( i think) it is rate limiting, like once it builds up it turns off that pathway.. but it depends on the tissue etc, its all ther if you csn decipher it (I think).
I tend to be low on B1 which produces fatigue, and d-ribose consumes the B1, then if you keep B1 toped up, B2, then I forget but it mat be biotin? and in the end you need a multiB as well.. but loads more B2 and B1.. I forget now, and even then after a while it turns off the pathways I think.. BUT it sure helps for a short time!
