thank you so much for your posts to me, they have really helped me understand more about the psych effects of supplements and vitamins.I think I will stop taking my multivitamin at night, and see how that goes. I have also had good luck in the past with epsom salt bath before bed.
The thing is... I have no problems falling asleep, (thank you abilify) but problems after the initial sedation of abilify has worn off, maybe 2-4 hours later.
Then I'm up at 3 or so. yay!
Lately I've had various feline disturbances keeping me awake, so I also blame poor sleep hygeine.
