Negative ion generators for depression

Hi,
I have noticed that I feel better when I am at the shore and in the woods so I think a negative ion generator might work for me. Does anyone have any experience with a specific generator/brand? Both good and bad experiences would be great to hear about. I am worried about ozone production specifically.
