What I've noticed about the fish and borage oils is that I tend to be less "sluggish" than if I didn't take them. This is very helpful, because every Spring and Summer, I start to have lower energy, believe it or not, and I believe the higher temperatures are to blame. If I take enough fatty acids, I've found that I can combat this "sluggish" feeling to some degree. However, there is probably another more complex, underlying cause to this than just getting enough fatty acids in one's diet, but they do help.
