Yeah myco, with this horrible benzo withdrawal I'm going through, it seems that I am SO sensitive to anything, any changes, even skullcap and unisom made my withdrawal symptoms much worse today.
What about melatonin? I took it the other night, it didn't do anything, but it wasn't invasive.
Are there studies on melatonin and benzo withdrawal?
