Have you tried all natural MSM? You can find it at any GNC or Health store. MSM will help move your bowels within 24 hours. Take one 1,000 mg capsule, open it and stir into the water so it will coat the lining of your stomach. Its also good for joint pain and for skin, nails and hair. Note: It will not interfere with a benzo taper.
