better thyroid supp than synthroid?

Hello,

My labs results are in. 3.99 tsh (I should be near-ish 1 for mental well-being.) I currently take synthroid, .75. Obviously not enough. Is there a better, more balanced supplement, maybe a T3 T4 combo?
