Nothing is going to help you like medications. St John's Wort may be one of the few natural treatments that can be as powerful as medications. Have you tried SJW? It inhibits the reuptake of serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine. Many ADD drugs target dopamine and norepinephrine. So, maybe SJW would help. You have to get a top quality brand. And there are different concentrations of SJW for different needs. You also have to give it some time, one to start working, and two, to find the dose that works for you.

As far as fish oil goes, Carlson's and Nordic Natural's are very high quality pharmaceutical grade. They are the most well known of all the companies that sell fish oil. You are already taking a product with a high epa to dha ratio. Then again, you may respond really well to Kirkland brand enteric coating with more of a 3 to 2 epa to dha ratio. Like I said before, the enteric coating is what may solve your GI issues.
