Magnesium oxide and depression

Posted by Lao Tzu on July 5, 2009, at 9:00:42

I've discovered that I do better with my depression if I add 100mg of magnesium oxide to the my other vitamins in the morning. I seem to be able to only tolerate 100mg. 200mg makes me feel too sedated. Just wanted to let others know that dosage of magnesium is very important. Some may do well on less and some do well on more.
