Yes, it could be the Cal/Mag supplement. Too much can cause you to feel rather sedated. In myself, I like calcium, but I don't take it anymore because, believe it or not, it causes me to have insomnia. I take only magnesium alone, and the magnesium actually helps me sleep better at night. I actually used to be able to take a cal/mag supplement without really any side effects, but I limited myself to one 750mg cal/mag tablet in the morning. I didn't take any at bedtime. Maybe you're just taking too much of both minerals and your body doesn't respond well to that. Ask your doctor what he or she thinks about it. Good luck.
