It was weird first diarrhea then constipation. The supplement was a mix of different things for the brain called neuro-optimizer by Jarrow Formulas. It could have been the mix didn't agree with me, but I suspect it was from Acetyl L Carnitine, since diarrhea is a listed side effect. I've tried the others seperately and didn't have that problem, but it also didn't work like it did with acetyl L carnitine.
Like I said I tried it again recently and there was no mental boost just a headache. I think my brain has changed since then though.
