The last paragraph is interesting too.
I have Lithium Orotate and Lithium Aspartate, got them from iherb recently, although I've sustained a reasonable amount of stability for the past 3 or 4 months and I don't feel the need to experiment with it since the past 2 years have been hell. I got some Tranquil Ability herbal tincture at the same time from iherb and that was nice whilst it lasted.
