Thank you for the responses. I take B vitamins, a calcium/magnesium/zinc mix, NAC, & fish oil. I am going to increase the fish oil to 2400. Is that a good number? I don't know if they are making a difference in my mood, but I know they are the important ones.
I wish they could test what exactly we needed. I found out that I have one gene for Wilson's disease - which means my liver has a hard time getting rid of copper. So now I steer clear of multi-vitamins and make sure I get my zinc. But I don't think I can tell a difference by taking it.
When I was younger I was really into studying nutrition, holistic medicine, etc. I haven't been into it as much in quite a few years. I tried stuff here & there and didn't notice anything that made me want to spend money on it again.
Speaking of my body being random. I actually woke up in a better mood than usual for a couple of hours. And then down, I could feel my mood go down as I was still trying to plan out my meal plans.
