In reply to your message on Taurine. You didn't say what was eliminating your need for Taurine or ativan, as Taurine seems like the best thing going for general excess adrenaline. I've had my issue for so long now the only thing that really pushes me to have to rely totally on Taurine or anything really for anxiety is when there are stressors that trigger the past, and those stressors can be light stressors as it takes less stress to casue the overadrenaline flow. I wish I knew of a Dr. that has studied the adrenaline overflow as a generic problem, because there must be a solution.
