There's also IgE.
I had all 3 tested by an integrative doctor.
This is from the notes.
I don't understand it all but it may be of some use.

IgA was low > suspicion of impaired gut mucosa > absorption of bowel toxins and food peptide fragments > immune hyper-reactivity and impaired brain/hormonal function.

IgE was abnormally high which combined with the RAST test suggested I was reacting to yeast.

IgG was OK. I did not seem to be reacting to gluten, although lectins were an open question.
