Attn: Linnaeus re: weight gain

Posted by Hombre on November 26, 2010, at 18:53:12

A recent experience with herbs allows me to say the following with confidence.

A deficient Spleen energy will make it hard to gain weight if that is your "natural" constitution. I stopped taking my Spleen tonifying formula and due to some serious stresses I started to lose weight and felt physically weaker.

After getting back on the herbs and making sure to eat whole grains, veggies and meat, along with moderate exercise and rest, my body is filling out again, mostly with lean tissue.

The basic formula for this builds blood and energy. It's called Ba Zhen Wan, or Eight treasures, and if taken regularly for a while, along with adequate nutrition, exercise and rest, will help you to put on weight.

I hope you consider trying it. You will be surprised how it can make a difference.
